Lighting: bright white or warm and dim?

My sauna came with a fairly bright light and it kills the mood for me. Swapped to a low warm bulb and it transformed the whole feel. Where do you land, do you want to see clearly or keep it cave dark?

I like it almost dark. Just enough glow to not trip on the way out.

Warm and dim, every time. Bright light makes it feel like a waiting room.

Mine is on a dimmer, bright to get set up, then way down once I am settled.
